Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Principal Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts. The role supports proposal development, negotiations, and ongoing administration to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with program management, legal, finance, engineering, and supply chain, with occasional travel. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 6+ years related experience including international contracts negotiation and administration.
• Experience handling contracts through lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and policy/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and alignment with policy and regulatory guidance.
• Participate in negotiations with customers and subcontractors; clarify terms.
• Manage contracts/subcontracts through lifecycle; monitor performance and deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contract communications and customer engagement.
• Identify issues, recommend mitigations, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate contract closeout, documentation, and lessons learned.
