Elbit America is seeking a Sr. Contract Administrator to manage contracts from proposal to closeout. You will negotiate, administer, and interface with customers to ensure contract fulfillment per policy and government requirements.

The role demands strong analytical and negotiation skills, FAR/DFAR knowledge, and experience with ITAR/EAR compliance and US government contracting. A bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business administration preferred.
• 5–10 years of functional experience in contracting.
• Experience with international contracting and ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Experience with Government contracting for US Government Prime or Subcontractor roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts/subcontracts from proposal through closeout.
• Participate in proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and customer contact.
• Advise management on contractual rights/obligations and mitigate risk.
• Interpret terms/conditions during performance and monitor obligations.
• Prepare contract changes, billing support, and file upkeep.
