Hatch is seeking a Site Contracts Coordinator in Houston, TX, to provide contract coordination services aligning with corporate guidelines and project needs. The role focuses on administration across services, surface and underground construction contracts while supporting owners and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in contracts management on industrial/mining projects, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. Relocation is possible for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business Management, Law or Engineering.
• Certified CPCM is considered an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracts management, preferably in a project environment on industrial or mining projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracts for work at the Project Site.
• Coordinate contractor mobilization, ramp-up, training, certification and sign-off.
• Develop and refine contractor processes and protocols during mobilization.
