Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a Site Contracts Coordinator in Clarksville, TN. The role provides contract coordination services for services, surface and underground construction, supporting mobilization, execution and administration of contracts throughout the project.

You will work closely with multiple departments to minimize risk and resource demand while ensuring compliance with Hatch and Vale policies.

Qualifications

Post secondary education in business, law or engineering preferred.
Certified CPCM is asset (if applicable).
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management.
Experience with contracts over $1M and understanding of controls.
Strong communications skills and computer skills (MS Office, SAP).
Ability to multitask, adapt priorities, solve problems and resolve conflicts.
Collaborate on projects to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage contracts for work at the project site.
Support contractor mobilization, ramp up, training, certification and signoff.
Develop contractor processes and protocols during mobilization.
Ensure contractor work complies with contract terms.
Assist with Change Management and contract change orders.
Monitor cost and schedule progress with Project Controls.
Forecast, plan and manage contractual services and ramp up per project direction.
Maintain logs for deliveries, mobilization, claims and changes.
Archive contract documentation and meeting minutes.
