Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Contracts Coordinator in Clarksville, TN to provide contract coordination services under corporate guidelines and Vale/Hatch policies. You will support mobilization, execution and administration of contracts across services, surface, and underground work, coordinating with project teams to minimize risk.

You should have 5+ years in contracts management, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and be able to multitask and collaborate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in contracts management, preferably in a project environment on industrial or mining projects.
• Experience with contract administration cycles of contracts in excess of $1M.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and SAP.
• Ability to multitask, adapt priorities, solve problems, and resolve conflicts.
• Post secondary education in Business Management, Law or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracts for work at the project site.
• Support contractor mobilization, ramp-up, training, certification and sign-off.
• Develop contractor processes and protocols during mobilization.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contract terms.
• Assist close out of purchase orders in SAP and archive documents.
• Monitor cost and schedule progress with Project Controls.
