Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 15–20 years of leadership in large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Proven leadership in remote or challenging environments, focusing on health, safety, and environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and contract management capabilities.
• Experience with EPC processes and project interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site functions: health & safety, quality assurance, construction supervision, field engineering, project controls, contract administration, and materials management.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, facilities, and services to keep projects on track.
• Represent Hatch on-site, building relationships with clients and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
• Champion safety and quality, lead meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Develop talent by mentoring the site team and ensuring performance and accountability.
