Job summary

Textron Systems is offering a 2027 Intern - Contracts position in Hunt Valley, MD. You will assist in a variety of contract-related tasks, draft and route business correspondence, and help maintain contract files for government, commercial and international contracts.

This paid 10-week internship provides mentorship, training, and hands-on project experience, with eligibility for security clearance and potential pathways to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a Business field or related degree.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Strong ethics, values and integrity.
• Effective planning, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative duties for government, commercial, and international contracts.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external business correspondence.
• Maintain contract files and records.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Review and process Non-Disclosure Agreements.
