Job summary

Textron is offering a 10-week on-site summer internship in Maryland (Hunt Valley) within the Legal department. You will assist with government, commercial, and international contracts, prepare correspondence, and maintain contract records.

You will work with audit teams and review NDAs while developing practical contract experience. The role requires a business-related bachelor's degree or legal studies, strong written/oral communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business fields or related degree.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Strong ethics, values and integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative duties for government, commercial and international contracts.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external business correspondence.
• Maintain contract files and records for the company.
• Support internal and external audit teams.
• Review Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.
