Job summary

Tri-Valley Haven is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee government contracts and foundation grants, ensuring timely submissions, budgets, and invoices. The role involves collaborating with the Finance and Compliance team to maintain accuracy in contract documents and reports.

You will train TVH staff on contract processes, monitor expenditures, and support audits. A bachelor’s degree and nonprofit experience are preferred for this critical operational position in Livermore, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data and contract management experience.
• Two years of computer experience.
• One year in a nonprofit setting preferred.
• Bachelor's level conceptual thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of government contracts and foundation grants.
• Prepare and submit government contract applications and reports.
• Track contract expenditures and prepare invoices on schedule.
• Coordinate budget modifications with program directors and Budget Manager.
• Assist with payroll allocations and contract spend-downs.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
