Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and grants for the Behavioral Health Department.
• Monitor contract performance and outcomes.
• Prepare budgets and assist with annual contract budget development.
• Prepare board letters and manage RFP processes.
• Coordinate procurement terms with legal counsel.
