Tri-Valley Haven is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee government contracts and foundation grants. The role ensures accurate applications, budgets, modifications, and invoicing in collaboration with the Budget Manager.

Responsibilities include tracking expenditures, preparing invoices, and supporting site monitoring. A nonprofit background and strong attention to detail are highly valued for effective fiscal management and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years' minimum experience in data and contract management.
• Two years' experience with computers.
• One year in a nonprofit setting, in a social/human services field preferred.
• Bachelor's level of conceptual thinking; ability to work in a team environment, yet be self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of government contracts and foundation grants.
• Prepare and submit government contract applications and reports.
• Routinely review new government funding opportunities for TVH programs.
• Coordinate the completion and submission of required reports with program directors.
• Prepare contract budget modifications with program directors and Budget Manager.
