Job summary

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)—Office of Behavioral Health in Augusta, ME, is seeking a Management Analyst II to support the Contracts & Finance Team. This full-time role focuses on contract and financial analysis for procurement activities and audit readiness.

You will manage information for audits, assist with financial reporting, and help process payments using accounting systems. A strong background in Excel and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems.
• Experience creating and analyzing financial reports and other procurement activities.
• Experience processing invoices and payments, reconciling, and ensuring compliance.
• Experience gathering data and summarizing information for projects, audits, or requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract and financial analysis and support to Agency Procurement & Program Administrators.
• Manage and coordinate the collection of information for audit requests.
• Support administrative agreements, delivery orders, requisitions, and other procurement activities.
• Refresh and run financial reports supporting the unit manager.
• Process and research payments via accounting systems.
• Oversee procurement-related activities such as travel arrangements & reservations and other requisitions.
