Qualifications

• Experience with Design Build Contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administration and supervision of contract and commercial functions.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates for timely action.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to managers and project team.
• Develop and implement commercial management procedures.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate progress payment certificates.
• Provide training to commercial and project staff.
• Work with legal, finance, and project teams to address contract issues.
