Job summary

ACCIONA in Louisiana seeks a Project Engineer to support the Louisiana Bridge Builders by managing engineering and technical aspects while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires a civil engineering background with 5+ years of construction experience on large projects, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of civil construction experience on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Review project specifications and prepare plans and documentation.
• Coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to meet goals.
• Monitor budget projections and project performance.
• Prepare submittals, reports, and RFIs; monitor safety and compliance.
