Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction (concrete, bridges, structures, roads).
• Proven ability to lead and manage a multi-discipline workforce on large projects.
• A valid and current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work and review progress for each craft.
• Coordinate with Field Supervision and Subcontractors to plan construction schedules.
• Assist with quantity take‑off, cost estimates, and reporting for civil activities.
