Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and related agreements.
• Ability to coordinate reviews with legal, risk, finance, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and administer client contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and related agreements.
• Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with legal, risk, finance, and operations teams.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, contract execution, and ongoing subcontract administration.
• Review and track COIs, licenses, and other compliance docs.
• Maintain contract files and documentation in contract management systems.
• Facilitate contract workflow and approvals across org interfaces.
• Monitor obligations, insurance, deliverables, and renewal deadlines.
• Support Project Managers with document control and project docs.
