Job summary

Audi Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Contracts Clerk for our busy auto dealership. The right candidate will handle contract documentation, maintain schedules, and ensure deal compliance while leveraging ADP, CDK, and Advent tools.

A strong MS Excel proficiency is required, along with automotive business office know-how. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work at the Mission Viejo location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contracts/office role within an automotive dealership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft software.
• Familiarity with deal compliance and maintaining accounting schedules.
• Experience with Advent software is a plus.
