Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Contracts Clerk to support our accounting and contract processing activities across the dealership network. You will compile and maintain verified contracts and coordinate with the DMV and banks to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has dealership exposure, solid accounting knowledge, and proficient use of Microsoft Office; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience required.
• At least 1 year in a business office with general accounting responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Professional and dependable with good problem-solving skills.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Post and reconcile all car deals and maintain contracts.
• Process all stages of the contracts.
• Review data, warranties, and contracts for accuracy.
• Reconcile statements and ledgers; ensure payments follow schedules.
• Print, analyze, and distribute reports for management.
• Ensure all accounting transactions comply with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
