Compass Consulting in California is seeking a Contracts Associate to draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of agreements using templates and CLM systems. You will work closely with Legal, Global Sourcing and Procurement, and business partners to ensure timely execution and compliance with policies.

This role requires onsite presence two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors while improving contract

Mansioni

• Draft and negotiate various company agreements (NDAs, MSAs, Amendments, SCOs, Change Orders).
• Track contracts through CLM from draft to signature.
• Ensure compliance with contracting policy and procedures.
• Coordinate with Legal, GSP, and business partners to facilitate contract review and execution.
• Maintain templates and playbooks; train users on processes.
