Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Contract Administrator at either Level 3 or Level 4 in Promontory, UT. You will be part of the program office, handling contract activities and ensuring compliance for Hypersonic/Carbon-Carbon programs.

The role requires building contractual guidance, managing data deliverables, and coordinating with the Program Contracting Officer. A valid U.S. government secret clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, T&M, CPA).

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, contracts, and changes for risks and revisions.
• Provide FAR/DFAR guidance and compliance.
• Deliver CDRL and DAL items.
• Partner with Program Contracting Officer.
• Support subcontract execution compliance.
• Support PCR review and cost proposals.
• Represent the program office to the customer.
