Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Northridge, CA is seeking a Staff Contracts Administrator (Level 5) to manage contracts from proposal through closeout. You will interface with customers, prepare and negotiate terms, monitor obligations, and advise on risk and compliance with FAR/DFARS.

The role requires 12+ years of U.S. Government contract experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with a 9/80 schedule is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in U.S. Government contract administration or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated FAR/DFARS knowledge and solid negotiation skills.
• Experience with contract types (T&M, Cost Reimbursable, FP/FPIF) and life-cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with the customer for contractual issues and obligations.
• Conduct proposal prep, contract negotiation, administration, and data calls.
• Develop risk mitigations, review terms, and manage contract changes and closeout.
