Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract and program obligations and ensure understanding
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, and administration
• Manage contract changes and maintain historical information
• Assess terms and risks of financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery, IP, termination, indemnification
• Enter and maintain contract data in management systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
