Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Magna, UT is seeking a Principal Contracts Administrator – Level 3 to oversee contract administration, ensure compliance, and support bid and proposal activities. This 100% onsite role follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

You’ll review RFPs, provide FAR/DFAR guidance, deliver CDRL/DAL items, and collaborate with the Program Contracting Officer and Supply Chain Manager. A government clearance and broad contract type experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years contracts experience or Master's with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Experience with multiple contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee).
• Preferred aerospace/defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requests for proposals and contracts and changes for contractual risks.
• Provide contract guidance on FAR/DFAR requirements and compliance.
• Deliver Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Accession List (DAL) items.
• Partner with Program Contracting Officer.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in subcontract execution compliance.
• Provide contract interpretation and execution.
• Support Program Change Requests (PCR) review and approval.
• Other duties as assigned.
