Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience.
• Experience reviewing contract terms, government specifications, and IP concerns.
• Proficiency with contract administration, negotiation, and data entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts
• Review and negotiate contract terms with customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Handle data entry, tracking, and reporting from pre-award through closeout
• Prepare contract documents and amendments as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements
• Monitor cost controls, invoicing, and deliverables to support closeout
