Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a full-time Contracts Administrator to support pre-award through closeout on government contracts from Bridgeton, MO. Role includes data entry, reporting, and administering spares contracts with customers, subcontractors and vendors.

You will coordinate contract terms, amendments, and deliverables, and assist with negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies. Remote and in-person options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years of related government contracts experience.
• Experience with contract administration, negotiation and review.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor performance on government contracts.
• Review contract terms, amendments and deliverables for compliance.
• Prepare contract documentation and data entries in CM software.
• Support negotiations with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor cost controls and contract deliverables through closeout.
• Assist with teaming agreements, MOUs, and related documents.
• Maintain internal/external customer relations and respond to inquiries.
