Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator to support senior contracts personnel from pre-award through closeout.

Based at our Bridgeton, MO facility with the option for in-person or remote work, the role handles data entry, tracking, and reporting in our contract management system and administers spares contracts. The ideal candidate will review terms, manage contract performance, prepare proposals, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2+ years of contracts experience.
• Experience with government contracts and IP clauses.
• Familiarity with contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ) and subcontracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts.
• Assist with negotiation and administration of agreements with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review contract terms, amendments, and ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions; oversee deliverables and billings.
• Prepare proposals and assemble contract documentation packages.
• Monitor costs, ensure compliance with terms, and support close-out activities.
