Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator to support senior personnel by maintaining contract and CDRL data within our contract management system.

The role involves pre-award through closeout processes, administering spares contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government requirements. You will review terms, support negotiations, manage deliverables and billings, and prepare documentation for government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 2+ years of contracts experience.
• Experience reviewing solicitations, amendments, and government terms.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes and IP/data rights clauses.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts.
• Assist with negotiation and administration of agreements with customers and subcontractors.
• Review contract documents for policy compliance and potential issues.
• Prepare contractual documents and assembles documentation package.
• Monitor cost controls, deliverables, and invoicing.
