Ed Herrington Inc. is seeking a full-time Contractor Sales professional for daytime hours Monday–Friday, 7a–4p, with every other Saturday 7a–1p at our Sheffield, MA location.

The role focuses on proactive sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and knowledge of lumber/building supplies; an Associate's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; able to navigate vendor software when necessary.
• Knowledge of lumber, millwork, building supplies and related products is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation with reliable follow-through.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow relationships with current and new accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Present features, costs and advantages to prospective customers; respond quickly with accurate information.
• Manage assigned accounts and ensure their profitability for Ed Herrington, Inc.
• Collaborate with Pro‑Sales and counter staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate quotes and write orders; schedule service initiation.
