Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in Commercial/Contractor sales.
• Knowledge of Lumber, Building Materials, Hardware.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance at the Sales Desk with contractor customers.
• Build relationships with Contractor/Commercial sales customers and local businesses.
• Manage quotes and estimates; monitor department metrics and performance.
• Lead by example in selling practices and cross-merchandising of add-ons.
