Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Weatherization, HVAC, or Building Construction preferred.
• BPI, OSHA, EPA Lead certifications preferred, or ability to obtain/pass skills test.
• Ability to explain programmatic information clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Participating Contractors through events and outreach.
• Onboard new contractors by collecting docs and providing training.
• Conduct regular and supplementary contractor trainings.
• Coordinate translation services for trainings of installers and non-native-English-speaking staff.
• Manage quarterly contractor allocations and performance.
• Lead meetings to review project pipelines and progress toward goals.
• Perform quarterly on-site visits at larger contractor locations.
• Provide feedback and address underperformance or disciplinary actions.
