Job summary

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of contract principles and terminology.
• Knowledge of standard office software and contract management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage lifecycle processes for visibility.
• Develop standardized templates, playbooks, and contract management best practices.
• Monitor contract performance and support audits and regulatory reviews.
