Qualifications

• 2+ years in a network management-related role (contracting or provider services).
• 2+ years using financial models and analysis in strategy development.
• Proven knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with providers.
• Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting and financial models.
• Develop network and negotiate agreements with facilities and physicians to ensure broad access and affordability.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts per templates and reimbursement standards.
• Ensure appropriate distribution of provider specialties in the network.
• Maintain existing contracts and generate savings opportunities.
