Confidential Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Intake & Client Relations Manager to lead our Intake and Client Relations departments. You will strengthen accountability, elevate intake quality, and guide your team in evaluating personal injury case viability from the first contact.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with the COO to drive improvements, foster a culture of ownership, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Extensive personal injury experience in case evaluation including liability, damages, and insurance.
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools to analyze data.
Strong coaching, motivation, and feedback skills to improve performance.
Ability to address internal conflicts and enforce accountability.
Analytical thinker who derives insights from operations data.

Responsibilities

Oversee Intake and Client Relations teams (~12 employees) to meet productivity and quality standards.
Produce accurate intake performance reports with marketing collaboration.
Implement performance management, coaching, corrective actions, accountability.
Guide analysis of case viability and intake guidance for potentially viable cases.
Foster accountability and ownership, address conflicts, align with firm standards.
