Job summary

Jobot on Long Island is seeking an experienced Director of Intake to lead a high-volume plaintiff personal injury intake operation in Uniondale, NY. This hands-on leadership role focuses on client service and measurable business metrics, overseeing the team, training, workflows, technology and the overall client experience.

You will own performance reporting, drive conversion, and collaborate with firm leadership to guide growth and service excellence across multiple practice areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in legal intake, plaintiff PI, client acquisition or a high-volume operation.
• Experience managing an intake, call center or lead-conversion team.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion metrics and performance reporting.
• Experience improving processes and holding teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Intake team to handle high-volume client inquiries.
• Drive conversion rates and KPIs through training, workflows and technology.
• Implement new processes, technology, automation and AI to improve client experience.
