Job summary

Elevate seeks a Coordinator, Contractor Development to support programs advancing clean energy workforce access. This exempt role is hybrid, located in Pierce County/King County, WA or Portland Metro Region, OR, with travel up to 30% and occasional onsite visits.

The position partners with project managers to implement development programs, support participants, and maintain data records while collaborating with community partners to expand opportunities in energy efficiency and building trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in community building, outreach or small business development or equivalent certificate programs.
• Minimum one year in clean energy or energy efficiency industries or related certificates.
• Commitment to advancing historically marginalized communities.
• Ability to adapt plans and find multiple paths forward.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Elevate’s Vision, Mission and Values to stakeholders at events and gatherings.
• Attend in-person and virtual Elevate events related to Workforce and Contractor Development.
• Recruit participants for enrollment in programming.
• Support applicants with paperwork and requirements.
• Track participant information and provide ongoing support and engagement.
