Job summary

Elevate seeks a Coordinator, Contractor Development to support workforce and contractor development programs. The role engages with project managers to advance participation of historically marginalized communities in clean energy and building trades.

The coordinator will work on outreach, enrollment support, data management, and on-site and virtual activities, with travel and occasional visits required. Hybrid work arrangement with occasional in-person meetings in WA or OR regions; salary range

Qualifications

• Two years of community building or equivalent experience OR completion of related certificate/degree.
• Minimum one year in clean energy or related field OR completion of related certificate/degree.
