Job summary

Beyond Toxics is seeking a full-time, temporary program coordinator to manage a grant-funded project in west Eugene. The role supports installation of heat pumps, water heaters, and home weatherization for eligible residents.

The coordinator will lead bid solicitations, recruit residents, assist with rebates, and provide homeowner education on electrification and weatherization. This on-site position runs through July 31, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare solicitation for contractor bids for the home installation of energy efficient appliances
  • Educate and recruit eligible residents in the west Eugene target area
  • Help homeowners navigate any available rebate programs (EWEB, State, or Federal programs)
  • Assist homeowners with Home Energy Scores
  • Facilitate the installation of energy efficient appliances for 30 eligible homeowners

Position Overview

This position is a full-time, temporary position (through July 31, 2027) to coordinate a grant-funded project to facilitate the installation of heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and home weatherization for eligible residents located in west Eugene.
