PTC Therapeutics is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist contractor to support day‑to‑day AP activities, vendor invoice processing, and SOX compliance. You will partner with the business to ensure timely payments and accurate coding within SAP/Ariba environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years in AP or accounting, preferably in biotech. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and regional tax basics is expected.

Mansioni

• Review invoices for policy compliance and signature authority; code and process with PO and goods receipt data.
• Maintain organized vendor filing and e-file invoices and documents.
• Enter transactions into the accounting system and record adjustments accurately.
• Prepare weekly ACH, checks, and wire transfer requests and maintain bank templates.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and reporting.
• Resolve invoicing issues and build strong internal/external relationships.
