Job summary

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline and at least 2 years of AP or accounting experience.
• An equivalent combination of experience and/or education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for policy compliance and route for approval.
• Maintain organized AP documents and vendor files; e-file invoices.
• Enter transactions into the accounting system and adjust records as needed.
• Prepare weekly ACH, checks and wire transfer requests; maintain bank templates.
• Assist with month, quarter and year-end close processes.
• Resolve invoicing issues and maintain vendor relationships.
