Job description

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support a specialty pharmaceutical company in Richmond, VA. This position requires onsite work from Tuesday to Thursday (9am-5pm) and remote work on Monday and Friday. The role involves ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and in accordance with payment terms, recording all AP activities correctly in financial statements, adhering to processes, and implementing process improvements. The candidate will deliver services meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), provide global service, and act as the point of contact for AP in North America, also serving as a delegate for the Global AP Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing and verifying payments to suppliers
• Maintaining accurate AP records
• Collaborating with the business to improve processes
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Accounts Payable
• 2+ years experience with SAP

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working for a highly regulated company
• Knowledge of Concur and international invoicing
