Surge Staffing is seeking a detail‑oriented Contracting Operations Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day coordination of customer service agreements, amendments, and the internal contracting process. This role liaises with Legal, Safety, Credit, and field leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contracts.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, business operations, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience supervising, team lead, or workflow coordination preferred.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or coordinating customer service agreements and amendments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build productive relationships across departments and locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and follow issues through to resolution.
• Sound judgment in identifying issues that require Legal or leadership review.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customer service agreements and amendments using approved templates and language.
• Monitor agreements through contracting process with status, approvals, signatures, and outstanding requirements.
• Review requests for completeness and ask clarifying questions.
• Coordinate changes with Legal and other departments for review and approval.
• Maintain organized agreement records and ensure access for stakeholders.
• Understand Surge Staffing’s business model to support contracting decisions.
• Serve as liaison between Legal, Safety, Workers’ Compensation, Credit, field leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate requirements, questions, and next steps to the team.
• Provide responsive, urgent support and clear contracting guidance.
• Prepare weekly executive reports on contracting activity and issues.
• Track turnaround times and identify delays or improvement opportunities.
• Review new customer profiles to identify potential national account opportunities.
• Share qualified leads with national accounts or sales leadership.
• Use external resources to verify business information for contracting research.
