National Life Group in Addison, TX is seeking a Contracts Specialist to ensure accurate processing of contracts, amendments and appointments, compliant with state and federal licensing rules. You will deliver customer-service oriented contracting to distributors and employees while supporting growth and expense management.

The role is onsite four days per week, typically Monday through Thursday, with schedule adjustments possible by management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience processing contracts and amendments in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements and related regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Strong communication with distributors, agents, and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate prospective agents' qualifications, including background and licensing issues.
• Coordinate with Recruiters, Marketing, GA’s, MGA’s, Office Managers and management for support or releases.
• Govern issuance of new business and commission payments until agents are licensed and contracted.
• Assess state regulatory requirements to ensure agent compliance.
• Review agents' histories to determine rehire or transfer eligibility.
• Monitor vendor reports for regulatory risk related to current agents.
• Suggest workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
