Leigh and Co. is a fast-growing wedding planning company seeking Lead Wedding Coordinators in Ohio for the 2026 season. This contract role allows you to pick your own schedule and offers training. Responsibilities include managing wedding logistics, facilitating rehearsals, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Candidates must have 2 years of experience as a wedding planner, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Pay is $350 for 10-12 hours per project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients to confirm logistics.
• Lead and facilitate ceremony rehearsal on the wedding day.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup according to event design.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors.
• Support wedding party and family members with guidance.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for.
• Proactively manage and resolve issues to ensure smooth guest experience.
