Leigh & Co. Events, a fast-growing wedding planning company in West Virginia, is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator for the 2026 season and beyond. This contract role allows you to pick your own schedule. You'll lead the planning and execution of weddings, ensuring a seamless experience for couples and their guests. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in wedding or event planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Training is provided, and pay is $275 per project for 10-12 hours of work.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner is required.
• Ability to work weekends is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding.
• Oversee the ceremony and reception setup according to event design.
• Manage wedding day execution from vendor arrival to the end of the event.
• Ensure smooth communication and logistics with vendors.
