Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend a final details call with clients and confirm logistics and timeline.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and manage on-site flow and cues.
• Serve as primary on-site advocate for the couple and handle day-of execution.
• Oversee setup and coordination of ceremony/reception per design playbook.
• Manage full wedding-day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Greet vendors, convey setup instructions, and coordinate details.
• Support wedding party with timing cues and day-of needs.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively resolve last-minute changes to maintain guest experience.
