Job summary

Capitol Bridge, LLC. seeks a contract Training Facilitator in Chester, VA to deliver and enhance training programs for the workforce. The role focuses on curriculum delivery, materials development, and identifying performance gaps to boost staff effectiveness.

Seasonal position (<6 months) with varied call center hours; duties include coordinating classrooms, creating agendas, and measuring training outcomes using established SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of training experience.
• Training Experience within the last 5 years.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 Suite.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Secure and coordinate training classrooms and/or plan and manage training events.
• Prepare comprehensive training materials and agendas by identifying training needs and performance gaps.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to staff at all levels, proactively identifying gaps in knowledge and performance.
• Conduct ongoing training activities to ensure compliance with company projects, policies, contractual requirements, and applicable laws.
• Partner with internal and external leadership to align on goals and performance objectives, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate consistently with management regarding attendance, performance, behavior, or other training-related concerns.
• Distribute, collect, and analyze training feedback surveys to drive continuous improvement.
