Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Broad knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong vendor, budget and contract management experience.
• Structured approach to service delivery, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree preferred, equivalent practical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the internal IT team.
• Oversee infrastructure, business systems, network security, backups and end-user support.
• Manage the IT help desk and maintain high service standards.
• Establish processes, performance metrics and operational KPIs.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations and broader technology initiatives.
• Maintain IT security policies, controls and procedures.
• Manage third-party vendors, contracts and service providers.
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Provide clear reporting on operational performance and project delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise technology requirements.
