Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Phlebotomist in Charlotte, NC for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Responsabilités

• Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information.
• Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures and follows required protocols.
• Explain clearly and courteously the venipuncture process to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure specimen integrity per protocol.
