Job summary

Kelly Services in Sauk Village, IL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles. The contract-to-hire assignment will last 3–4 months with potential conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, advise on best practices, and help create a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including requisition management, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience advising and coaching hiring teams on recruitment best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment practices.
• Experience with MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.
• Experience assessing candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring managers, providing coaching and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; participate as needed.
• Support hiring managers with candidate evaluation and final selection decisions.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms in line with policies and compensation structures.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR for a smooth transition of new hires.
• Help improve recruitment processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Protect confidential information throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
