Job summary

NETPACE Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month hybrid contract. You will own full-cycle recruiting, source and assess candidates, and partner with hiring managers to shape hiring plans, with a focus on sales professionals.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of agency and in-house recruiting experience, strong sourcing and assessment skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM, and ATS.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
Agency recruiting background with proven track record of placing sales professionals.
Experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level professionals in professional services, B2B sales, or consulting.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and recruitment technologies.
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on hiring strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of employment laws, inclusive hiring, and best practices.
